15 Days Money Back Policy
Your shipment order will be eligible for refund if you return within 15 days of the delivery upon receiving the product in good condition in its original packing. However, the postage expenses for the order are not refundable under any circumstances.
If you want to return the product, we advise you to talk with our sales team in the first place to check if we can fix the issues you face. If we are unable to offer solutions, you may request for Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) or Return Goods Authorisation code that gives special returns address along with the authorisation for return.
You should also note that any returns without RMA authorisation, returns after 15 days of the original delivery date, returns send to wrong address will not be entitled to claim refund.

If the return package has any of the following conditions which makes the product’s reselling difficult, a restocking fee will be charged.
- Damaged equipment attracts 20% restocking fee.
- Missing equipment or components demand 30-90% restocking fee based on the value of the items missing from the original product.
- The damaged package or return of non-original product will be subjected to 10% restocking fee.
Procedures for RMA return
- For initiating a request for return, we recommend that you contact our sales team for the reason that we may be able to resolve the issue you face with the product.
- If you notice any quality problem prior to 15 days of the delivery date, we request you to return the product to us for its repair or refund.
- If you have found that there are missing products in your shipment, after confirmation, we will either provide you with the refund equivalent to the value of the product missing or reship the missing products as per your instruction.
- In case you prefer to cancel the order before the delivery of product from our facility, you are not charged with any fee. If the product is on its way, we cannot cancel or hold the shipment process.
- In cases where you are opting for returns after 15 days of delivery, we demand restocking fee of 20%. Also, the original shipping cost is not refundable.
- In case the product is being send for repair, it is possible for you to send only that part of the product which requires repair to reduce the shipping costs.
- If you prefer to receive refund for the product, make sure that the package is in good condition with its original packing.
- In case an accessory or the original item will be lost during the return process, we shall subtract the cost of the lost item from the refund payment.
- If the products are returned after one year from the date of delivery for repair, you may ask for RMA code. Usually, we charge 20-50% repair fee based on the product’s conditions. Also, note that you will be liable for making the charges towards return postage and shipment.
